My first time at Ash ford and I have only the highest praise for all the staff I have been treated by - professional, caring, willing to chat and banter, willing to explain and listen any concerns - Brilliant! Only criticisms - not being told that discharge drugs come from St. Peters and almost 6 hours wait to go home. Could tell patients!

The care and treatment I received in the ward was superb could not fault anything.
The only thing which should be addressed is the time waiting for medication from St. Peters to Ash Fords once you have been told you can go home.
